Alex Giordano
CEO and Founder of AMGIO Consulting

Alexander Giordano is the CEO and founder of AMGIO Consulting.  
Mr. Giordano received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2012.  From 2010 to 2020, he served in several key disciplines including design, production, and selling of industrial dispensing equipment with Precision Valve & Automation in Halfmoon, NY.  In 2017 Mr. Giordano became recognized as leader for atmospheric optical bonding as a novel process for the automotive industry. He is the Inventor on 2 patents and has been published in technical journals focusing on atmospheric optical bonding. While at AMGIO Consulting he has been guiding clients toward manufacturing lines that use a smart mix of automation and manual tasks for new product launches throughout automotive electronics, advanced packaging, semiconductor, medical device, renewable energies, and the mil/aero industries.

Reto Seeholzer
MECHATRONICS & PROCESS ENGINEER

Reto Seeholzer is the Mechatronics and process simulation expert at AMGIO Consulting, leading in new product lifecycle from concept to production launch.  
Mr. Seeholzer received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1999 from Higher Polytechnical Institute ATIS in Luzern Switzerland.  In 2004 he completed his M.S. at Bern University in Bern Switzerland. While finishing his master’s he would start working at Siemens Building Technologies and soon Mr. Seeholzer would lead his team to be responsible for the strategic development of all automated production lines in Zug Switzerland.  Mr. Seeholzer has decades of experience bringing new technologies into Automotive, Locomotive, Architectural, Medical device, Power Transmission, and many other industry sectors.  At AMGIO Consulting he is the lead advisor for new technology prototyping and process engineering drawing on his unique expertise of electrical, software, mechanical, and process engineering to rapidly enable concepts to become creation fit for manufacturing.

RICK MCMILLAN
NPI STRATEGY ENGINEER

Rick McMillan is the lead manufacturing strategist at AMGIO, leading in the planning and execution of new technology innovation products. Mr. McMillan received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University (1985/1993).   While finishing his master's, he started working at Ford Motor Company where he would earn more than 20 patents, two Henry Ford Technology Awards, and distinction as a Technical Fellow.  After a 30+ year career as a technology innovator and industrialization leader, Mr. McMillan retired from Visteon Electronics in 2020 as global Manager of Optical Bonding Manufacturing Technology, which he led from early industry-leading product application to its now ubiquitous role in the automotive industry. Now at AMGIO Consulting, Mr. McMillan's experience is instrumental in guiding new technologies to successful industrialization with a laser focus on mass production thinking.
